Artistic Dyeing & Finishing
Industrial Park of Huayi new area has a land area of 80,000
sqm, planned construction area of over 30,000 sqm, and
1,500 employees. We invest 50,000,000 RMB yuan for the
project of first phase, and 45,000,000 RMB yuan for the
second, and had finished the construction in Nov. 2004.
After we finished the construction and start to work, we
have formed a production scale of 100,000,000 to 300,000,000
RMB yuan.
In the past ten years,
our group has followed the structural adjustment of
modern apparel industry, been engaged in expanding internationalization
of market. With unique taste and interest, and high mature
post-finishing core technology, Huayi Tie-dyeing leads
the market of leisure apparel, and steadily becomes an
"arts brand" with international influence. In
order to meet the needs the rapidly enlarging leisure
apparel market in Europe and America, we cooperate with
UK Martha Company, an apparel sale giant in the world,
to build an aircraft carrier of modern tie-dyeing artistic
fashion consisting of production, sale, and research,
to extend the artistic apparel manufacturing industry
forwards and backwards, and to set up an innovative industrial
chain of "artistic dyeing & finishing",
which is an important technical creation and novel industrial
elevation in modern tie-dyeing industry and artistic apparel
industry of China.
The project of "artistic
dyeing & finishing" concerns the core technology
of artistic dyeing & finishing, and the complete industrial
chain of designing, developing, producing, and finishing
the artistic apparel with unique character of Huayi. It
mainly contains the equipment as followings: Special dyeing
& finishing machines for the complete processes of
modern tie-dyeing, ready-made dyeing and jeans washing,
adapted to European dyeing standard and several other
standards; machines of digital jetting & printing,
computerized quilting embroidering, interactive infusing
& dyeing, automatic pressing, and hydraulic pressure
printing in the use of special technical development and
production; second processing and post-finishing machines
for reforging the 3D texture of face fabrics and ready-made;
common and special dyeing & finishing assembly machines
for bleaching, boiling, dyeing, finishing and printing
knitted and woven face fabrics; designing and testing
experimental machines according to ITS, and computerized
color-matching and network transmitted color-comparing
system with international level; imported designing, board-making,
sewing and post-finishing machines for special artistic
knitted, woven and braided apparel; network design software
integrated with designing, developing and producing according
with the product, OA management software and hardware,
developing and building artistic dyeing & finishing
digital graphic database to fit in with international
business and technical communication; setting up workshops,
infrastructures in the park such as the equipment of electricity-supply,
dedusting, water-supply, sewage dealing, according with
ecological standard, and global factory auditing system
standard of UK Martha and international companies.
The project of "Artistic
dyeing & finishing" bases on core technology
of dyeing and post-finishing developed by Jiangsu Huayi,
aims at raising the affixed value of face fabrics and
ready-made apparel, adopts variant competitive strategy,
combines in maximum the advantages of arts resources,
labor cost and new research achievements by reforming
traditional tie-dyeing industry with modern printing &
dyeing technology for long time in Nantong. The project
services the middle and superior apparel and face fabric
markets at home and abroad, forms a relative advantage
in competition with international textile dyeing and apparel
markets, and further raises the level of apparel in China.
