Huayi tie-dyeing art has vivid character and
long history. Since long time, our R&D Center has kept close
cooperative relations with Donghua University, Beijing Institute
of Clothing Technology, Southern Yangtze University and Shanghai
Textile Science Academe. Our product design has won great glory
in a lot of state competitions, been awarded numerous state
and provincial prizes, and enjoyed a good reputation all over
the world.
In 2003, at the "Century Forum" of 5th Jiangsu International
Apparel Festival, R&D Center put out the new conception
of "Artistic dyeing & finishing" for the first
time. And it published over 20 theses on "Artistic dyeing
& finishing", and modern tie-dyeing in some state core
periodicals such as "Institute of Arts Journal Of Tsinghua
University", "Donghua University Journal", and
some state specialized media such as "China Fashion Weekly",
"Fashion Times", "China Fashion News" and
"Economic Daily", and caught the attention of academic
circle.
R&D Center has over 20 senior and secondary talents in
artistic creation, apparel design, textile dyeing & finishing
and tie-dyeing research, is specialized in developing and applying
modern tie-dyeing, fashion and home textile fabric, and offers
relevant studying, creating, designing and consulting services.
With the platform of internationalized market of Jiangsu Huayi,
abundant cultural accumulation and regional arts & crafts
resources, R&D Center faces the market, pursues nature and
innovation, and actively takes up technical innovation and self-development.
With complete subjects, proper structure, standardized management
and high informationization, the Center is a training and scientific
researching base for undergraduate and postgraduate students
in major of Apparel or Artistic Design of Donghua University,
Southern Yangtze University and Nantong Textile Vocational Technology
College. Its comprehensive developing strength and tie-dyeing
scientific researching level keep ahead in China.
R&D Center handles and drafts out the first company standard
of "New technology in artistic tie-dyeing" in China,
and holds many self-determinant intellectual property patents
in technical invention. In May 2004, our "Integrative artistic
dyeing & finishing technology in ready-made dyeing and pattern
designing" and "Comprehensive technology in ready-made
3D creative drizzling" respectively passed the scientific
and technical achievement authentication by Provincial Department
of Science & Technology, and the new product and new technology
authentication by Provincial Economic & Trading Commission.
